Apéritif:

• homemade petits fours & French champagne cocktail

Starters:

• Saint James shell or,
• Mushroom and onion soup  or,
• Basque salad (lettuce, confit duck gizzard, pine nuts, asparagus, ham, egg, tomato) or,
• Quiche Lorraine salad

Main course:

• Mushroom risotto with Saint James mussels or,
• Confit goose leg, fried potatoes, salad or,
• Hachis Parmentier with duck confit and salad or,
• Vegan lentil falafel, baked sweet potato with aioli sauce and vegetables

Dessert:

• Crème brûlée or,

• 1 dl white Alsatian Riesling or Gascogne,
• 1 dl red Médoc Cru Bourgeois from Bordeaux or 1 dl Bourgogne white dry wine,
