HELLO LITTLE CREATIVE DELICIOUSNESS!

Our partner is waiting for all chocolate lovers to apply for their courses, which run continuously throughout the year! Also perfect as a gift.

This course makes up for the gap, as you cannot learn how to paint bonbons in regular bonbon courses, and we also teach several techniques. You can participate in every work process and make your own bonbons, which you can finally take home in a gift box.

What does this course hide?

The course completely covers the material of our normal bonbon course, supplemented with painting techniques, so this course is also longer in time than our bonbon course.

As in our normal bonbons / chocolate bars course, we also introduce tempering tricks and give our participants a note about it.

During the approximately 4 hours of the course

  1. You make colored bonbons from dark or white chocolate.
  2. Patterns can also be made on white chocolate with transfer film.
  3. We create more and more beautiful bonbons using several types of manual techniques and with the help of a spray paint gun.

What else makes this course special?

– we use several types of paints and tools to create different paintings
– we try masking
- you will learn several ganache (filling) recipes from us
– you can take your bonbons home in a gift box
- we present tricks and tricks on how to replace expensive devices at home with homemade methods and inexpensive solutions
- they introduce the history of chocolate
– you can taste and learn about different chocolates
– unlike the courses of other manufactories, you can work with not just one, but two types of tempered chocolate
– they will show you what ingredients you will need for success at home, and you can even purchase them from them after the course
- they provide detailed notes on the course material (access will be sent by email within 1 week after participation), in which you will also find recipes in addition to the theoretical part, so you don't even have to take notes during the course
– during the course, you will learn several tempering techniques, for which you do not need a granite or marble slab at home
– you work with the finest Belgian chocolate

Did You know?...

...that

What is real artisan chocolate like, and why can it be purchased for multiples of the store price in most cases?

Those who choose artisanal chocolate are willing to pay the relatively high price for the quality. Compared to mass production, the price is much higher due to several factors. On the one hand, in the case of manual labor, production is much slower compared to machine production. The next factor is that during factory mass production, due to competitiveness, they are forced to save on a high proportion of special, high-quality raw materials. Most manufactories use high-quality chocolate raw materials, which can only be obtained for a multiple of the raw materials of mass-produced chocolates. Real original chocolate does not contain whey powder, milk fat or any cheapening ingredient that replaces cocoa butter. In many cases, the average customer only notices the difference when they taste store-bought and handmade chocolate one after the other. Just as in the case of wines, there are specialists who notice even the smallest difference, among chocolate connoisseurs there are also people who can not only tell the difference between manufactured and factory-produced chocolate bars, but can even identify the place of origin of the cocoa beans used.
